I guess, for those who tried to install Windows XP onto this laptop, they might end up seeing blue screen message saying “Setup did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer“
You can solve the problem by slipstreaming this driver into your XP installation package using nLite. An article on how to do that can be found here. (Please note that the article is about Acer Aspire 4310 laptop, but you can use it as a guideline).
